PENNSYLVANIA LIQUOR CONTROL BOARD
TIME AND DATE: June 11, 2025 at 12:00 p.m.
LOCATION: Borough of Bellevue Municipal Building, 537 Bayne Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15202.
PURPOSE: To allow public comment on an application filed by Borough of Bellevue (“Borough”) to exempt it from enforcement of section 493(34) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code concerning amplified sound being heard beyond the boundary lines of licensed premises, and replace it with the Borough’s Ordinance No. 24-02, pursuant to the Borough’s Resolution No. 08-25. The affected areas are bound and described as follows:
