SANITARY AUTHORITY
The Green Committee of the Allegheny County Sanitary Authority will hold a special meeting for general purposes on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. prevailing time in the Trefz Board Room at its offices located at 3300 Preble Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15233. Official action on the Committee’s recommendations will take place at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors at a later date. NOTICE:
At its public meeting on May 7, 2024, at 7 p.m., at 10 Community Park Dr., the Baldwin Twp. Board of Commissioners will consider enacting an Ordinance Amending its Police Pension Plan Deferred Retirement Option Program Ordinance, regarding Definitions of DROP Participant, Eligibility, and Written Election.
Summary: Codifying Police CBA to define Eligible Participants as officers hired before 1-1-2020, with 56 yrs. of age and 26 yrs. of service, and also extending the Election period for Eligible Participants.
The proposed amendment may be examined at the Twp. office during normal business hours.
