PROPOSED ORDINANCE

The Wilkins Township Board of Commissioners will consider adoption of the following ordinance at a public meeting to be held on the 9th day of October 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Building, 110 Peffer Road, Wilkins Township, Pennsylvania. The complete text of the Ordinance is on file and may be inspected in the Office of the Township Secretary at the aforesaid Municipal Building during normal business hours.

ORDINANCES, PART II, CHAPTER 310 PROPERTY MAINTENANCE, TO ADD REGULATIONS PROHIBITNG NUISANCE AND DISABLING GLARE.
SUMMARY
The Ordinance prohibits nuisance and disabling glare from outdoor lighting and spotlights.
