PARTY TIME!—The Double Tree Hotel in Green Tree was the site for Mary E. Williams’ organization, SALT (Save A Life Today) Pittsburgh, which has provided toys to area youth for years. This year’s event was held on Dec. 15.

MARY E. WILLIAMS, shown at far right, founded Save A Life Today Pittsburgh in 2005. It’s a Christian community organization that assists parents and children in the region. Williams has her own personal story of overcoming the odds. She has beaten cancer nearly ten times in the last 15 years. She’s pictured with Doreen Solomon, district manager of Metro by T-Mobile, Pittsburgh Councilwoman Theresa Kail-Smith, and Mike and Denice Munson from the Emma Munson Foundation.
