There is a hidden gem in Hazelwood called the Diamond Room. Not only is this a small event space that can hold up to 50 guests surrounding the Diamond Room at 4944 Second Ave. in Hazelwood, it is a hair salon (Monae Hair Studio), a barber shop (Killa Kutz) and a resale shop (New to You.)
Owners Rena and Mark Halsel hosted a Gold and White Party on September 28, where guests enjoyed a great evening of dining, dancing, celebrating birthdays and peeking in on the small business. Rena Halsel has been a resident of Hazelwood for 26 years and takes pride in giving back to the community.
