At 4:15 p.m. Monday, July 22, just in front of Pittsburgh Police Officer Calvin Hall’s police vehicle, Officer Hall’s sister, Eugenia Hall Miller, spoke to the media on behalf of the Hall Family. Officer Hall was shot in the back in Homewood in the early morning hours of July 14, and died on July 17.
