Like Father, Like Son …B.J. Flenory is inducted into the Allegheny-Kiski Valley Sports Hall of Fame, joining his father

B.J. Flenory graduated from Valley High School in 2001. He also played basketball at the school, and earned MVP honors of the Allegheny-Kiski Valley Tip-Off Tournament his senior season.
At New Hampshire, B.J. Flenory was instrumental in helping the team make the NCAA playoffs in his senior year.
With the name “Flenory” already widely-known and revered, could the son, B.J., handle or live up to any perceived expectations as he was growing up? “Due to his high character and strong personality, he never was in awe or intimidated by my success,” B.B. Flenory said of his son, B.J. “He appreciated it for what it was and enjoyed hearing stories about his father, but B.J. marches to the tune of a different drummer. He always was determined to carve his own niche in life and was proud to be my son but he had bigger fish to fry.”
B.J. Flenory founded Next Level Athletic Camps, which eventually became Pylon Camps Inc., specializing in 7-on-7 football camps across the nation. He currently resides in Dallas with wife Ashley, son Baron III and daughter Quinn.
