The Public Parking Authority of Pittsburgh (“Authority”) is soliciting Proposals from qualified respondents to provide Artistic Restoration/Renovation Services of an existing Public Parklet located in the Central Business District (CBD) in downtown Pittsburgh as more fully described in the RFP document.

RFP Packets will be available Thursday, March 31, 2016 after 3:00 pm on the Authority website at www.pittsburghparking.com and also at the Authority main office located at 232 Boulevard of the Allies, Pgh, PA 15222.

Prospective bidders are required to submit three (3) copies of the proposal and one (1) electronic copy of the proposal, in a clearly marked and sealed envelope by 3:00 p.m. EST on Monday, April 18, 2016

CONTRACT NO. 1653
Sealed Bids for the following Contract 1653 – FURNISH AND INSTALL PRIMARY INFLUENT GATE ACTUATORS shall be received at the office of the Department of Engineering and Construction, Allegheny County Sanitary Authority, 3300 Preble Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15233 until 11:00 A.M., Prevailing Time Thursday, April 21, 2016 and then publicly opened and read aloud.
ALCOSAN encourages businesses owned and operated by minorities and women to submit bids on Authority Contracts or to participate as subcontractors or suppliers to successful Bidders. Successful Bidders are to use minority or women’s businesses to the fullest extent possible.
Contract Documents may be examined and obtained at the office of the Authority for $50.00 (nonrefundable).  Bid Security shall be furnished by Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid Price.
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the Authority’s plant on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at 2:00 P.M., Prevailing Time.  Bidders are encouraged to attend.

No bidder may withdraw a submitted Proposal for a period of 75 days after the scheduled time for opening of the sealed bids.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on each of the above items at 10:00am EDT April 13, 2016 at 345 Sixth Avenue, Third Floor, Pittsburgh, PA. Attendance at this meeting is not mandatory, but is strongly encouraged. Questions regarding any of the above bids will not be entertained by the Port Authority within 48 hours of the scheduled bid opening.
These contracts may be subject to a financial assistance contract between Port Authority of Allegheny County and the United States Department of Transportation.  The Contractor will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations.
Contractor is responsible for expenses related to acquiring a performance bond and insurance where applicable. All items are to be FOB delivered unless otherwise specified.  Costs for delivery, bond, and insurance shall be included in bidder’s proposal pricing.
Port Authority of Allegheny County hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in regard to any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprise will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.

INVITATION FOR BIDS
Sealed bids for the Marion Township Water Supply Project, will be received in the office of Benjamin Holland, BUTLER COUNTY CONTROLLER, FLOOR 5, COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER, 124 WEST DIAMOND STREET, whose mailing address is P.O.BOX 1208, BUTLER, PA 16003, on or before 2:00pm, May 3, 2016.  All Bids must be plainly marked Bid – Marion Township Water Supply Project.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, April 18, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the project site located at 130 McQueeney Drive, Boyers, PA 16020.
All bids will be publicly opened and read at the Public Agenda Setting Meeting of the Butler County Board of Commissioners on May 4, 2016 at 9:30am, in the Commissioner Public Meeting Room located on Floor 1 of the County Government Center, Butler, PA 16003.
Bids will be received for the following:

Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bidder’s bond, or certified check or cashier’s check, in favor of the County of butler, in the amount of not less than ten percent.  The County of Butler reserves the right to waive any informality in and to accept or reject any and all bids or any part of any bid.  No bid may be withdraw for a period of sixty (60) days.
Prevailing wages established under the Davis-Bacon Act will apply to this contract.  The contract documents contain requirements addressing prevailing labor wage rates, labor standards, nondiscrimination in hiring practices, goal for minority and female participation, MBE and WBE participation, participation by Section 3 residents and businesses and related matters.

The Sports & Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County and the Stadium Authority of the City of Pittsburgh will receive proposals for Photovoltaic System Developer services as identified below. The agreements for this work will be with the Sports & Exhibition Authority and the Stadium Authority.
