Sealed Bids will be received by the Housing Authority of Indiana County, 104 Philadelphia Street, Indiana, PA  15701 until 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 06, 2016 for Replacement of Kitchen and Bathroom Cabinets, Doors and Windows at Tall Pines Terrace in Clymer, PA.  Contract documents will be available from UpStreet Architects, Inc. (724) 349-3601 and local Builders Exchanges after Tuesday, December 8, 2015.  Sets may be purchased for $50.00 per hard copy set + $15.00 S&H or $10.00 per electronic set + $10.00 S&H (both are non-refundable), checks payable to UpStreet Architects, Inc. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held Wednesday, December 16, 2015 @ 9:00 a.m. at Tall Pines, 574 – 580 Adams Street, Clymer, PA 15728.  Project is funded by a HUD Capital Grant Program and is subject to federal requirements including Davis Bacon Wage Rates.

The Allegheny County Sanitary Authority (ALCOSAN) is accepting Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications and Technical Approach from Professional Engineering Firms who wish to be considered for the following:

The purpose of the Program Director is to support the long-range planning and implementation of the Wet Weather Plan (WWP) and assist with the coordination of the Capital Improvement Program (CIP).

There will be an Informational Meeting in the O&M Building Auditorium at the ALCOSAN plant on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. to present and clarify the goals and purpose of the Request for Qualifications.  All interested companies are encouraged to attend.
Final selection will be based on the following evaluation criteria: Firm’s history and resource capability to perform required services, evaluation of assigned personnel, related experience (as appropriate) and technical competence, capacity to perform the work, familiarity with the challenged associated with the WWP, proposed technical approach and proposed MBE/WBE participation.

WEBSITE DESIGN/DEVELOPMENT INTRODUCTION
The Allegheny County Airport Authority, hereinafter called “ACAA” is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide website design and development services for ACAA, Pittsburgh International Airport and Allegheny County Airport; more than “just a website,” this vital business tool will be built with an eye toward scalability to a multi-channel platform from which numerous digital assets can be utilized, managed and optimized.
This is a Request for Proposals. It is not an offer, contract or an invitation for bids. The submission of a proposal in response to this process constitutes an invitation to negotiate with the ACAA and not a bid. The submission of a proposal in response to this process does not impose any legal obligation upon either the ACAA or the person submitting the proposal, nor does it create any contractual or quasi-contractual relationship between them. All submissions become the property of ACAA and will not be returned.
The ACAA reserves the right to reject or disregard any or all proposals, to negotiate with any or all persons submitting proposals, and/or to enter into a contract or contracts with any person or persons for any or all of the services described herein.
The ACAA is not obligated to respond to any proposal submitted or is it legally bound in any manner whatsoever by the submission of a proposal pursuant to this published process.
Any and all proposals as submitted herein are subject to further negotiation at the option of the ACAA. Further, any and all agreements arising out of these proposals and negotiations shall not be binding or valid against the ACAA, its department, officers, employees, or agents unless authorized by the Allegheny County Airport Authority Board of Directors.
