Contract documents will be available from UpStreet Architects, Inc. (724) 349-3601 and local Builders Exchanges after Tuesday, December 8, 2015. Sets may be purchased for $50.00 per hard copy set + $15.00 S&H or $10.00 per electronic set + $10.00 S&H (both are non-refundable), checks payable to UpStreet Architects, Inc. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held Wednesday, December 16, 2015 @ 9:00 a.m. at Tall Pines, 574 – 580 Adams Street, Clymer, PA 15728. Project is funded by a HUD Capital Grant Program and is subject to federal requirements including Davis Bacon Wage Rates.

The Public Parking Authority of Pittsburgh is soliciting Proposals from qualified professional engineering firms to conduct an in-depth lighting/energy analysis and provide recommendations for the design of energy-efficient lighting technology upgrades at Authority parking garages and as more fully described in the RFP document.
