FAME is an active participant and stakeholder in the education equity and access discussion. With the demand for school choice and the struggles of the public school system, FAME’s work—to address the need and keep finances from being the barrier around the best educational institutions in Pittsburgh—is vital. Current FAME scholars represent many school districts in the area, including, Gateway, McKeesport, Penn Hills, Pittsburgh Public Schools, Seneca, Sto-Rox, Wilkinsburg and Woodland Hills.
