:10—Of course I am starting with the Golden State win over the Cavs. I don’t like the Cavs. I don’t like LeBron. I don’t like spinach. I don’t like Dr. Pepper…yada…yada…yada! Which really means I don’t have a good reason for any of it. I just don’t. Anyway, G.S. takes game one in overtime 108-102 and I am happy about it. Love is not playing due to injury and Kyree Erving is only about 70 percent. Be careful Golden State…be very careful.
:09—Here’s the rest of the truth. “LeBron James” aka “LBJ” aka “King James” is a bad mother – – – “watch your mouth” “well, I am talking about Shaft!” . . .We can dig it. (44 points and scoring at will…but not the one they needed!!!)

:08—The third of the three legs of the horse racing world is upon us…whatever it’s called? And the horse that won the first two legs of the three races…whatever they’re called! Well, he’s about to win the third one. First time in forever! There you have it. How’s that for sports reporting? And it’s the truth!
:07—In case you missed it, the…your Pittsburgh Steelers went into OTA’s aka volunteer training camp…(yeah right!)…with a lot of weapons and new pieces that should fit just nicely. This might be an early call, but in listening to the player interviews, there seems to be a buzz in the air. A quiet buzz if you will. I think these Steelers think they’re ready. A very veteran Big Ben, an unbelievably conditioned James Harrison, the league’s best Antonio Brown, Brett Keisel on the edge if needed, Cortez Allen back in form (so     they say), new plugs on defense, new speed on offense and probably the best running back in the game, Le’Veon Bell. Even life without Troy Polamalu . . .this could be the Super Bowl season.
:06—Achieving Greatness Inc. hosted the Western Pa. High School Life Skills Seminar to 50 plus student athletes and some of the area’s top coaches and motivators, including Master Jacquet Bazemore, Warren Wilson, Coach Wilford Dennis, Coach Karen Hall, Master Yusef, Coach Dusty Long, Brother Isaha, Atty. Timothy Vales and Dennis Briggs and members from his Pitt football team. Four hours of truth, training and testimony was presented to our future stars along with lunch, t-shirts and a showcase of class presented     by the Pittsburgh United Rays Corvette Club. How good was it? The students said… “Let’s do this every week. We need this!”

:04—This just in…the horse in the race won! (Man, I crack me up sometimes.)
:03—With all due respect to “Sir Eddie Jefferies”, the founding father and the “President for Life” of “The Know It All Club,” I humbly submit and with some fear of reprisal that the numbers are in. The people have spoken. Seventy-three people text in that Michael “Your Airness” Jordan would take LeBron’s heart out his body while it’s still beating. While 64 deaf and apparently blind people somehow think “King James” wins the one on one battle of the greats. Here’s to you Mr. President!!!
:02—“A-Rod” is coming… “A-Rod” is coming…“A-Rod” is coming…and he’s got a big bat with him. Watch out Barry Bonds. Your record is in reach.
:01—Marcus Robinson and the Pittsburgh Bullets ABA professional basketball team will host tryouts for the 2015-2016 season on Saturday, June 13 at the Homewood YMCA. Registration for the tryout is $75. Call 412-537-3793 for information.
