Whitney M. Young Jr. Awards
FEB. 19—Boy Scouts of American Laurel Highlands Council and UPMC Health Plan will host its Whitney M. Young Jr. 26th Annual Service Awards Dinner at 6 p.m. at the Westin Convention Center Hotel, 1000 Penn Ave., Downtown. This year’s honorees include Gordon Gebbens, Vernon Smith, Rice Enterprises LLC, Propel Schools and a special recognition of Judge Livingstone Johnson. Reservations are required.
