Human Rights Film Series
Duquesne University presents its 8th annual Human Rights Film Series, “Oppression and Opportunity” at 7 p.m. at Duquesne University, Power Center Ballroom, Forbes Ave., Uptown. The series will feature six critically acclaimed documentaries that address social justice issues around the globe. The series will begin with a screening of “White Like Me,” an examination of the legacy of White privilege in America, and how that legacy continues to perpetuate and shape public policy.
