The East Liberty Family Health Care Center, a Christian ministry of health care located in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking qualified candidates for Chief Executive Officer. It is a “federally qualified health center” with multiple physicians and dentists providing care in three locations. The CEO reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for all aspects of operations , including representation at public and professional meetings and with all governmental bodies, is responsible for all fundraising activities through supervision of the development office, and supports the Board in the development and implementation of strategic plans. Candidates should have experience in health care administration and with FQHCs. A post-baccalaureate degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge and experience in the areas of grant and financial management, medical billing, and personnel management.

Contract Specialist—
Engineering & Construction
Port Authority is seeking an experienced Professional Services Contract Specialist – Engineering & Construction to lead, monitor and participate in the administration of all construction contracts, engineering related professional service agreements and franchise utility relocation agreements as they relate to Engineering and Technical Support. Implement the acquisition process to secure construction agreements and provide support to professional service solicitations; develop procurement policies and procedures for construction and professional service contracts; administer assigned utility agreements and other assigned agreements; and to provide support to the Manager of Contract Administration—Construction and Professional Services.
Job requirements include:
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field from an accredited school. Contract Administration experience may be substituted for the education on a year-for-year basis.
•Minimum of five (5) years contract administration experience procuring capital and non-capital contracts including preparing bid documents, administering awards, monitoring contracts and preparing requisitions concurrent with two (2) years experience in Public or Private Sector Contracting with an emphasis in the areas of engineering and construction contracts.
•Experience utilizing a Purchasing/Inventory software system with regard to purchase orders and bid processes.
•Demonstrated ability in the use of Windows, Microsoft Excel and Word.
•Professional and effective communication skills.
•Strong organizational and people skills, multi-tasking capabilities, detail oriented with good math skills, and the ability to work with minimum supervision.
Preferred attributes:
•Electronic procurement experience in PeopleSoft / Oracle.
•Contract management or related certification.
•Valid PA driver’s license.
