The Manchester Craftsman Guild at 1815 Metropolitan Ave., recently showcased one the Jazz world’s most prestigious artists whose music knows no limits. The Buster Williams Quartet performed some of their masterpieces to a packed house.
Charles Anthony “Buster “ Williams Jr. was born in Camden, New Jersey. He has played and collaborated with jazz giants such as: Carmen McRae, Chet Baker, Chick Corea, Jimmy Heath, Billy Taylor, Sonny Rollins, Count Basie, Errol Garner and Freddie Hubbard, just to name a few.
