Slavery to Freedom Film Series
The Senator John Heinz History Center and the Homewood Branch of the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh present the “From Slavery to Freedom” Film Series from 5:30-8 p.m. at the Homewood Library Auditorium, 7101 Hamilton Ave., Homewood. The film to be shown is “Ida B. Wells: A Passion for Justice.” This film documents the dramatic life and turbulent times of historic figure Ida B.
