THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH will receive sealed bids from contractors for work at the Glen Hazel Highrise Community Room and Outdoor Terrace. The project will be multiple-prime-contract in the following categories:
Part A-Interior Work
General Construction and Interior Furniture – the estimated cost range is 35,856-52,589, with work to begin upon award.
Part B-Exterior Work
B. General Construction and Outdoor Furniture – the estimated cost range is $175,670-257,649, with work to begin in Spring of 2015.
C. Plumbing Work– the estimated cost range is $2,875-4,217 with work to begin in Spring of 2015.
D. Electrical Work- the estimated cost range is $6,772-9,933, with work to begin in Spring of 2015.

Port Authority of Allegheny County is requesting proposals for the performance of the following services:

SERVICES
The required services include, but are not necessarily limited to, general management and operation, customer assistance and support, monitoring of parking and fare collection, general cleaning, inspection and preventive and routine maintenance in and around the garage structure. Security and exterior landscaping are not part of the Contractor’s responsibilities. The Agreement will be for a three-year period with the option to extend the term of the Agreement up to an additional two years at the sole discretion of Authority

The work under the proposed Agreement consists of the oversight and coordination of Authority’s Managed Care Program and provision of specific work-related and non-occupational services for its approximately 2600 active employees and for all employees under the auspices of Authority’s Compensation Program. The required services include, but are not limited to: Program Development and Implementation Services, Treatment Facilities Services, On-Site Medical Case Management Services, Claims Management/Program Support Services and Litigation Support Services.
