Antwann Deondre Smith was murdered on Mount Vernon Street in Homewood on Sept.16, 2013.
Family members say there hasn’t been an arrest even though they believe the police know who killed him. They also said witnesses have not been interviewed.
They held a vigil in his name on the anniversary of his killing to keep pressure on the police department to not forget him.
