Jeremiah Hardrick rushed 16 times for 92 yards and scored two touchdowns as Allderdice (2-1, 1-0), the top-ranked team in the City League, rolled to a 48-8 victory against Westinghouse (0-3, 0-2) last Thursday night at Cupples Stadium.
Teammate Joe Graham rushed 2 yards for one touchdown and caught a 4-yard pass from James Jackson for another score. Jackson, who completed five passes for 105 yards, hit Tim Jackson with a 19-yard touchdown pass.
Allderdice will most likely battle USO for the title this year. USO defeated Brashear 41-34 last week, after defeating Westinghouse 27-20 the previous week. They are in first place with a 2-0 League record.
