Youth Entrepreneurs Regional Business Plan Competition

This year’s Youth Entrepreneur Regional Business Plan Competition, held June 5, at The Rivers Club of One Oxford Centre, ignited possibilities of a bright future for the next generation of CEOs.
Many of the students were from the regional area of Pittsburgh, in High School and Middle School divisions, and competed for scholarship prizes ranging from, $2000 to $1500.
Sponsors such as the George W. Tippins Foundation, Brownsville Area School District, Beaver County Youth, Holy Family Institute, Manchester Academy Charter School, Urban Pathways Charter School, YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh and NexTier Bank, all contributed.
Guests were served scrumptious hors d’oeuvres and purchased samples of products of the students who were in competition for the scholarship funds.
