
The Pittsburgh Federal Executive Board (FEB) celebrated Black History Month at the William Moore Federal Building last month.
The program was put together by the African Heritage Month Committee.
The theme was “Civil Rights in America.”
The afternoon featured guest speaker William Russell Robinson, of Allegheny County Council, and soloist Armahn Ashley.
