There is nothing like a beautiful hat show and if you place that show in a unique venue it doubles the pleasure.
TIED IN A BOW
On May 19 in the walled garden of Mellon Park, A Woman’s Touch hosted a hat show that featured some of the most unique hats in the city. Models donned white outfits so they could wear a hat of any color. The show featured fascinators in every color under the sun, picture frame hats, wide brim straw hats and fedoras.
If you are heading to the Kentucky Derby next year or the Pittsburgh Conservancy Hat Luncheon, this was the place to find your hat. Chapeau’s ranged from the tame to the dramatic.
The guests were just as fashionable as the models and many showed up in hats purchased from A Woman’s Touch.
Guests enjoyed salads, lemonade and scrumptious cake. The relaxing afternoon ended with a plethora of door prizes and a strong desire to go hat shopping.
