WELCOME ALL—The Sister’s Place annual “Hats off to Mom” luncheon was held at the Georgetown Center on East Bruceton Road in Pleasant Hills. Each year the event honors women for their contributions to the community and their commitment to Sister’s Place. This year one of the honorees was Bloneva Wiggins a retired African-American teacher from the Clairton school district.
