This week I visited the August Wilson Center for African American Culture in Downtown, Pittsburgh, CJ’s in the Strip District, Galaxy Lounge in Homewood, Savoy Restaurant in the Strip District, Greater Pittsburgh Coliseum in Homewood and the Shadow Lounge in East Liberty.

My first stop was at CJ’s in the Strip District where the RH Factor featuring the Roger Humphries Band where playing live jazz to a pack house.

My next stop was at the Galaxy Lounge in Homewood where DJ Twan was in full effect with “Karaoke Night” which is every Tuesday from 9 p.m.-2a.m.
My next stop was at the August Wilson Center for African American Culture in Downtown, Pittsburgh where a “Stop the Violence Rally” was held for the Pittsburgh community.
My next stop was at the Savoy Restaurant in the Strip District where comedian Rodney Perry put on a great show at Celebrity Fridays “The Comedy Edition” for the fans that were in attendance.
My next stop was at the Greater Pittsburgh Coliseum in Homewood where Mightyman Productions held an event called “Nurses Night Out” and all of the nurses from everyone came out to get their party on.
My final destination was at the Shadow Lounge in East Liberty where they held the “Masquerade Party” featuring entertainment, dancers and much more. I also visited the Shadow Lounge again to show support for “Mista Scrap” who held an CD Release Party.
