Dance Festival

The Kelly Strayhorn presents its newMoves Contemporary Dance Festival 2012 at 7 p.m. at 5941 Penn Ave., East Liberty. This festival, which will run through May 12, will feature 16 choreographers, 42 dancers, five musicians from all over the country for three days. There will also be a symposium panel on May 10. The acts include the August Wilson Dance Ensemble, CITY by Bloom, the STAYCEE Pearl dance project and more. It will conclude with an after party dance party.
