Allderdice and Westinghouse girls riding winning streaks

Both Allderdice and Westinghouse are riding winning streaks of seven and eight games, respectively.

The Dragons, who are undefeated in the city (10-0), own the tiebreaker in the league, if they lose. But, they still have to face the Lady Bulldogs on Feb 9.

SHATORI WALKER-KIMBROUGH of Hopewell goes to the hoop for two of her 25 points in the Lady Vikings 61-53 win over the Blackhawk, Feb. 2.

Their last win came against USO, 70-36, behind senior guard Janay Bottoms’ 20 points. They had three others in double figures on Feb 3.

Westinghouse topped Langley, 49-28, in their last outing. They were led by Cassaundra Flowers’ 14 points.

Perry also enjoyed a 2-0 forfeit victory from Oliver.
